How do I know which enhancement service to book?
Choosing the right enhancement depends on your lifestyle, desired look, and maintenance preferences.

Gel-X Extensions
A 100% soft gel system (meaning soak-able) using full-coverage gel tips that are pre-shaped and pre-lengthened. adhered to natural nail with a soft gel. Ideal for flexibility, consistency, and lighter wear. -
Hard Gel Extensions
A 100% gel system, fully sculpted by hand for added strength, structure, and customization. Best for clients who prefer durability and long-term wear. -
Manicures & Gel Manicures
Designed for natural nails only & do not include extensions or added structure.
* If you’re unsure, booking Signature within your preferred system is recommended.
NO ACRYLICS.
How do I know which service tier to book?
All services are time based and tiered by design level.

Classic – No Design (1solid gel Color)

Essential – Simple designs and/or accents, such as french, foil, etc

Signature – Most-booked; fits the majority of design requests

Extended – Advanced designs, layered art, detailed elements

Couture – Fully customized, high-detail, statement sets
Examples :
• Hand-painted faces or portraits → Extended or Couture
• Fully blinged nails or heavy gem work → Extended or Couture
If you’re unsure, Signature is the safest option.
What happens if I book the wrong tier?
If your desired design requires more time than booked, we’ll discuss upgrading before work begins.
If time does not allow, the appointment may need to be adjusted or rescheduled to maintain quality.
Do you offer fills for Gel-X and Hard Gel?
Yes.
Gel-X and Hard Gel fills are priced the same, as the maintenance process is identical.
Eligible Gel-X clients may choose a $9 fill add-on instead of full removal.
What if I already have product on my nails?
I do not remove acrylic, hybrid systems, or enhancements not done by me.
Some products appear to be gel but contain acrylic or hybrid materials.
All enhancements not done by me must be removed prior to booking.
I do remove:

Gel polish

Gel-X extensions applied by me
Please arrive with nails free of outside enhancements.
How often should I book maintenance?
Most clients return every 4 weeks, depending on nail growth and lifestyle.
Consistent maintenance preserves structure, longevity, & nail health.
What if I don’t see availability?
If openings become available due to cancellations, availability may be shared in the following ways:

Vagaro Waitlist: add yourself to the waitlist & ensure you are opted in to receive notifications

Email Notifications: make sure you have a valid email on file in Vagaro, as email blasts are occasionally sent when availability opens

How do deposits work?
A $40 deposit is required to secure your appointment.
The deposit:
-
confirms your appointment
-
confirms my availability
-
is applied toward your total service
-
is deducted from the final balance
Deposits represent a mutual commitment between client & artist.
What forms of payment do you accept?

Credit/Debit Card (transaction fee applies)
Remaining balance is due at the time of service.
Are you licensed?
Yes.
I am a fully licensed nail professional in three states Atlanta, Ohio, & California
Do you offer pedicures?
No.
Pedicure services are not offered at this time.
Are children allowed at appointments?
No.
For safety, focus, and sanitation reasons, children are not permitted at appointments.
Is there a grace period for late arrivals?
Yes.
There is a 10-minute grace period.
Arrivals later than 10 minutes may result in:

a $30 late fee

service adjustment or rescheduling
My nail broke, what do I do?
If an issue occurs, contact me with clear photos within 3 days of your appointment.
Once notified:

A repair will be scheduled if availability allows

If the offered date does not work, a repair fee may apply unless discussed otherwise
No Refunds are issued for services rendered.
